The sun’s rays that shine down upon us are UVA and UVB ultraviolet rays.

But only the UVB rays are vitamin D producing when they hit your skin.

Little known is that everyone living north of 35° latitude will get no UVB rays between the months of November through March because of the angle of the sun.

To give you some prospective, New York City, NY is in 40° latitude and Flagstaff, AZ is in 35° latitude. Fully two/thirds of the U.S and all of Canada are above the 35° latitude mark.

As a further reference, the equator is at 0° latitude and gets the benefit of the highest level of the sun’s UVB rays, whereas the North Pole is at 90° latitude and gets the least benefit.

We do not get the same amount of UVB rays year round. As the seasons change, so does the angle of the sun’s rays.

In the summer, with the sun directly overhead, we get the maximum number of UVB rays. As the season moves toward winter, we get fewer and fewer rays and in the winter, if you live in 35° latitude and above, you will get no UVB rays at all.

To make matters even worse, members of the medical profession, on advice of dermatologists, warned of malignant skin cancer from exposure to sun light.

Their advice was to cover up and load up on sun-block when you are in the sun.

For fear of getting skin cancer, most people today stay in the shade, cover up with protective clothing when they are in the sun and coat the exposed parts of their body with sun-block.

This guarantees that no UVB rays will ever penetrate their skin.

Result: The world is full of sick people due to rampant deficiencies of Vitamin D-3.

Dark and Black Skinned People —- Pay Attention!

The melanin (color) content in your skin plays an important role in vitamin D deficiency. The darker your skin, the more melanin content your skin has and the less vitamin D your body will produce with sun exposure.

People with dark or black skin are, therefore, at greater risk. It is harder for them to produce vitamin D-3 in their skin.

People who have dark or black skin need up to 10 times the amount of sun than light-skinned people need to absorb vitamin D in their skin. Many scientific studies have shown that black skinned people have staggering rates of vitamin D deficiency which seriously impacts their health.

FACT: Vitamin D-3 is a hormone and not a vitamin. It impacts 32 organs in your body as well as tissues and cells. It also seriously impacts your heart and bones.

FACT: Science has proven that vitamin D-3 impacts 105 different diseases and conditions of the body.

FACT: Dermatologist’s warnings against exposing ourselves to the sun led to a huge increase in the use of sun-block. Skin cancer has increased more than 3 fold since that announcement.

FACT: Sun-block can block the sun’s health producing UVB vitamin D rays.

FACT: Sun-block cannot block the sun’s cancer producing UVA rays that can occur through long exposure.

FACT: Science has proven conclusively through a multitude of tests that we need Vitamin D-3 to prevent a whole host of cancers! And very specifically, cancers of the breast, colon, and prostate!

FACT: 400 IU a day of vitamin D-3 will prevent Rickets (a deformity of the bones). That is where the government’s %DV (Daily Value) came from.

FACT: Science has proven that the government’s %DV recommendation is far too low to prevent cancer, respiratory diseases, MS, other auto-immune, heart diseases, and osteoporosis, etc. According to science, the minimum daily need for adults is 5000 IU to 10,000 IU of vitamin D-3 to maintain good health.

FACT: Air pollution can dramatically block the healthy UVB sun rays from reaching us.

FACT: Cloud cover can cut healthy UVB rays by 50%.

FACT: The best time of day to get the most UVB rays from the sun is between 10am to 2pm.

FACT: Sitting in front of a window with full sunshine will give you no vitamin D benefit. Vitamin D forming UVB rays do not penetrate glass. Only UVA rays can penetrate glass.

FACT: You cannot eat enough fish, eggs, or fortified cereals to get adequate—let alone optimal—amounts of vitamin D-3.

Vitamin D in food is inadequate to reap health benefits. The best source of vitamin D-3 today is supplementation.

Our lifestyles limit our exposure to the sun even in the months UVB rays are available to us. Most of our activities are indoors.

Work, TV, play, computers, etc. Most people still fear skin cancer and will continue to cover up and use sun-block. Even in countries close to 0° latitude people are vitamin D-3 deficient because they cover up.

The following list of vitamin D content in food is from the National Institutes of Health, Office of Dietary Supplements:

• Cod-liver oil, 1 tablespoon. 1,360 IU
• Salmon, cooked, 3.5 ounces 360 IU
• Mackerel, cooked, 3.5 ounces 345 IU
• Tuna fish, canned in oil, 3 ounces 200 IU
• Sardines, canned in oil, drained, 1.75 ounces 250 IU
• Milk, nonfat, low fat and whole. D fortified. 1 cup 98 IU
• Ready to eat cereal. Fortified 10% daily RDA for D 40 IU
• Liver, beef, cooked, 3.5 ounces. 15 IU
• Egg, 1 whole (vitamin D found in yolk) 20 IU
• Cheese, Swiss, 1 ounce. 12 IU

Now that I pointed out the many pitfalls you face in acquiring and maintaining optimal levels of life sustaining vitamin D-3, it gives me pleasure to present you with the Easy Solution to a Huge Health Problem.

Just take our inexpensive liquid Mirimmune Super D-3 @10,000 IU per dropper squeese.

It will charge up your body and raise your immune system to optimum levels as you smile the smile of good health throughout life!

It’s all about nutrition and it’s there for the taking.

To your good heath & longevity.

Vitamin D deficiency, the cause of probably 60% of the diseases in the U.S. and the world today, is a bit more complicated than appears on the surface.

Most people believe that just taking a vitamin D-3 supplement will eliminate their deficiency in two to three months by raising their D-3 levels to “normal”, and expect all of their health problems to disappear.

That’s the quick fix syndrome, and I wish it were so.

You can improve the quality of your health by just taking a vitamin D supplement, but better still, by taking care to include the other missing ingredient in your diet, the mineral magnesium, you can really raise your overall health and the quality of your life.

The inclusion of these magnesium laden healthy and tasty raw vegetables in your diet will result in turning a small health correction into a full blown shot-in-the-arm! This can positively impact your longevity. The supporting science is well documented.

Magnesium is the key factor in converting vitamin D-3 into 1,25D₃ the only form of vitamin D the body can use.

Magnesium from supplements does not work well because the body has a difficult time metabolizing minerals that are not combined with food.

As such, magnesium laden vegetables are the simplest, easiest, and most efficient way for the body to build up a sufficient store of magnesium to meet the body’s various every day needs.

Having a deficiency of magnesium is not only harmful to the body, it is wasteful; your body will not be able to convert all of the vitamin D-3 you are getting, from supplements or sun, into its useable form.

Like so many North Americans:
• You are probably eating too many grains and cheese,
• You are not getting enough magnesium-rich foods.

Whole grains ARE healthy to eat, but not too much of them.

Grains, like cheese, are acid forming, especially soft cheeses.

So too are meat and fish, pasteurized fruit drinks, most processed foods, fast foods, sodas, coffee, tea, and power drinks.

Are you asking yourself “So What”? What has acidity got to do with vitamin D and magnesium? A whole lot!

Let me explain.

Think of how meat tenderizer works. You pick up a cheaper cut of beef from your local butcher. You know it’s tough, so you coat it with meat tenderizer and let it sit.

When you think it is ready, you broil it or whatever, and it is tender as can be.
What happened? The highly acidic meat tenderizer attacked the tough sinews between the cells tenderizing the beef to the extent that you can cut it with a fork.

The acid tenderizer is so effective, if you left it on the beef long enough, the beef would dissolve and disintegrate.

The same would happen to your organs if the acid from acid forming foods you eat were not neutralized with the minerals magnesium, potassium or calcium, which are alkaline.

One of your body’s highest priorities is to protect your organs from destruction.

If you do not give your body enough alkaline forming foods to provide your body with sufficient neutralizing alkaline minerals, your body will strip the minerals from your bones and muscles in order to protect the organs from destruction.

If the acid content of your body is overwhelming, and your body cannot supply enough minerals to neutralize the acid, your body will then encapsulate the acid molecules in fat cells and keep them encapsulated until it builds up excess alkali.

Only then will your body release and neutralize the excess acid it has been storing to protect itself. One of the side effects of storing acid in fat cells usually results in weightgain or obese.

Why am I telling you this?

Because the more acid there is in your body, the more magnesium, potassium and calcium your body will need to neutralize all the acid.

You need to know that your body is desperate to neutralize this acid and will take these minerals from anywhere it can get them.

This action is vital to your very existence!

Osteoporosis, which is so common today, is a result of your body stripping minerals from your bones creating holes in them and making them brittle.

Another result could be the softening of your bones called osteomalacia which will dangerously weaken your skeletal structure.

To make matters even worse, fewer minerals would be available for other vitally essential uses in your body as your body’s first priority is neutralizing its excess acid.

A prime example being the need for magnesium to convert the vitamin D-3 into the active form, (1,25D₃), which is the only form of D the body can use.

You cannot make up a magnesium deficiency by taking more vitamin D-3. If the D-3 is not converted, your body cannot use it.

Here are some of the problems you may encounter if your magnesium level is low:

• Your body will have trouble converting Vitamin D into the form it can use to create its amazing benefits.
• Your body won’t be able to produce ATP (cells power engine)
• Your body will decrease expression of Vitamin D receptors which impairs receptor signaling. Poor signaling interferes with the normal workings of bodily functions.
• Your body will limit the use of what calcium and magnesium is available. Suppress the release of parathyroid hormone (PTH) and calcitonin, hormones that help regulate the metabolism of calcium and magnesium.
• Your body will compromise the activity of enzymes that regulate your membrane mineral pumps that are vital in keeping potassium inside the cell and sodium outside the cell as well as performing other functions.
• Your body needs magnesium for more than 300 enzymatic reactions.
• Your body loses much needed potassium and calcium via your urine.

That is a long list of nasty happenings, but not a complete one. These will have long term nasty effects on your health.

Magnesium is an antacid. You need antacids in your body —- magnesium, potassium and calcium—-the kind that come from food, not drugs, to neutralize acid waste.

The more antacids you make available in your diet the less you have to take from your body stores (bones and muscles).

The purple pill, Tums, and other over-the-counter antacids are not the solution!

These are just chemicals that will neutralize the acid in your stomach, disrupt the digestive process and minimize your body’s ability to extract much needed nutrients from the food you eat.

To get enough magnesium in your diet so that your vitamin D functions properly, and to facilitate all important enzymatic reactions, you must eat magnesium rich foods to balance the acid-base in your diet to reduce the loss of magnesium and other alkaline buffers in your urine.

Here’s is what I suggest:

• Eat lots of fruits and magnesium rich vegetables such as spinach, bok choy, kale, collard greens, and Swiss chard. Mix them in with your organic salad greens.
• Have at least one banana a day.
• Eat a hand full of nuts a day. Ten to twelve.
• Minimize eating cheese and especially do not eat processed cheese.
• Don’t use processed salt. Use only sea salt.
• Avoid fast foods, all processed foods, and pasteurized orange, grapefruit and other juices.
• Eliminate soda and power drinks from your diet and minimize the intake of coffee.
• Eat only lean meat and or wild fish and free range chicken.
• Eat as much organic as you can.

Your body is a highly complex marvel of functionality. It requires you to understand and provide what it needs to keep it functioning at its peak to allow you to live the vibrant healthy life that is available to you, just for the taking.

Don’t be like the average Joe who knows more about, and spends more on, his car then he does his body.

Take your vitamin D-3 and make sure you eat enough magnesium rich foods.

Supplements alone will not do the job. Your body works best in an alkaline state, pH 7.3, so do your best to keep it there! Increase your intake of magnesium rich vegetables.

Help us at Good Health Supplements solve the country’s health care problems —– follow our advice and ——- STAY HEALTHY!

“The Most Important Health Discovery for the 21st Century.”

I use this quotation by Marc Sorneson, EdD because this discovery will become our health salvation and destroyer of disease.

I learned the hard way.

You don’t really appreciate your good health unless you lose it —- as I did mine.

I was also shocked to learn that the medical profession had no cure for my debilitating disease, and not being ready to have my life shortened— I began looking for alternatives.

Being persistent, I learned that although drugs could not cure me, nutrition and nutritional supplements could, and cure me it did.

I no longer have congestive heart failure, but that’s another story.

What is of immense value to you, me, and all we know, is what I subsequently learned —- had I been taking a sufficient quantity of ONE, easy to take, inexpensive, NUTRIENT —- I never would have developed heart disease and gone through all that misery, and that is what I want to talk to you about.

It is well known that there are multi-millions of people in this country and many more millions around the world who are on drugs, have no hope for a cure, or have no knowledge of how to keep from developing or catching life threatening diseases.

I now know that that can now change.

With that change, millions of people would be taken off the Medicare rolls.

Think about what that would do for health care systems around the world!

The drug companies are going to hate this. All those healthy people walking around who won’t get the flu, heart disease, cancer, MS, or any of 100 different problems all because they added this one nutrient to their diet.

We all know the best cure of all is prevention and prevention is easy and doable with what I am about to reveal to you.

If you are already suffering from serious or not-so-serious diseases, be comforted by the fact that there are tens of thousands of people who have cured themselves by just making lifestyle and nutritional changes, no drugs, and I believe most everyone can achieve the same success.

Oh, I forgot to tell you, I am now very healthy, very strong, and on the long side of 86. I was 74 when I developed congestive heart failure. So you see, a disease the medical profession has no cure for — can be cured!

Let me tell you —- If you are looking for a magic potion, sorry, I cannot help you, although what I am about to tell you is about as close to a magic potion you will ever get, and there are hundreds of scientific studies behind that statement.

“In all my many years of practice of medicine, I’ve never seen one vitamin, even vitamin C, have such profound effects on human health.” Dr. Soram Khalsa, board-certified internist and medical director for the East-West Medical Research Institute.

It has been established, based on scientific studies, why so many people are so sick with heart disease, cancer, Parkinson’, Alzheimer’s, diabetes, stoke, MS, obesity, etc, etc.

They ALL have a VITAMIN D-3 DEFICIENCY!

“We estimate that vitamin D deficiency is the most common medical condition in the world.” Dr. Michael F. Holick, Vitamin D expert.

Does that mean that the cause for each person contacting or developing a disease was a deficiency of Vitamin D-3 alone? Probably not, but it is evident from scientific studies that for most —- the answer is a resounding YES!

And further, science says very specifically, a sufficiency of Vitamin D-3 would prevent respiratory diseases, breast, lung, colon, and prostate cancers as well as 20 major internal cancers.

In reading the literature you will find that vitamin D and vitamin D-3 are used interchangeably.

Most people associate vitamin D with strong bones and think about it only as a vitamin, when in actuality, vitamin D-3 is a hormone and affects 32 different organs in your body all of which have vitamin C-3 receptors.

In keeping with this medical advance, we are pleased to offer you our exclusive, energy enhanced, liquid Mirimmune Super D-3.

“Because vitamin D is so cheap and so clearly reduces all-cause mortality, I can say this with great certainty: Vitamin D represents the single most cost-effective medical intervention in the United State.” Dr Greg Plotnikoff, Medical Director, Penny George Institute for Health and Healing, Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis.

O’Keefe, cardiologist and Director of Preventive Cardiology, Mid America Heart Institute, Kansas City, Missouri.

The need for an adequate level of vitamin D-3 in one’s body cannot be over emphasized.

Our government’s recommendation of 400 IU daily for an adult is not even sufficient for a child and falls far short of the 5000, 10,000 and even 20,000 IUs in some cases that science is now recommending as a daily intake for adults.

Vitamin D-3 is synonymous with good health.

Quote: “This is the most important vitamin re-discovered within the last year…” Women’s Health Institute of Texas.

This Single Natural Substance Can Change Your Life!

Viral, Bacterial, Fungal, Cancers, Heart Disease, Inflammations, Managing Pain, Managing Weight Loss, and Yes, Even Your Very Bones Are All Controlled By This Common Substance…

Can This One Simple Vitamin Unlock The Secrets To Good Health To Protect You From Catching Flu, Cold, Pneumonia, and Degenerative Disease? YES!

Dear Reader,

With all the headlines and news there is one key point about Vitamin D you may not be aware of…and that’s something I can practically guarantee —- YOU are suffering from a Vitamin D deficiency.

I am not telling you this to scare you. This is not hype or some kind of marketing ploy.

This is the plain unvarnished truth.

According to the prestigious New England Journal of Medicine…

“Vitamin D Deficiency is Pandemic.”

I can practically hear you saying: “So what?”

 Well, here’s what.

In recent years medical investigators have re-opened research into this common vitamin and have developed a new found respect for its amazing, here-to-for, not understood wide ranging health and healing properties.

They found that Vitamin D-3 has a direct impact on over 32 of the body’s organs and enabling your body to stop respiratory infections we all fear. That is ample reason why you should be concerned – all having to do with maintaining your health.

Note: Although your body makes D-3 from D, vitamin D-3 and vitamin D are often used interchangeably.

These medical investigator’s overwhelming consensus is that Vitamin D-3 supplementation is extremely necessary —- and lots of it.

Vitamin D-3 is one of the few vitamins the body can actually manufacture itself. It does so from the vitamin D it gets from sunlight. Unfortunately, it is not nearly enough.

In a recent study it was found that 83% of people in Saudi Arabia were found to be Vitamin D deficient! And you really can’t find a sunnier place than Saudi Arabia! They protect themselves from the sun too much!

Men, women, children – all are equally affected. Vitamin D deficiency doesn’t discriminate. It’s affecting the entire population – regardless of skin color, gender or age.

Dr. Damien Downing, editor of the Journal of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine and President of the British Society for Ecological Medicine, when asked about who is Vitamin D deficient, simply stated:
“We ALL are.”

The Mayo Clinic, in a Minnesota based study, reported that ”… overall 93% of 150 schoolchildren and adults” were deficient in Vitamin D, this in a Minnesota-based study.

Within that same study, the Mayo Clinic found 100% of African-Americans, East Africans, Hispanics and Native Americans were deficient.

When we speak of pandemics, this one is of staggering proportions because it has a major detrimental impact, in so many different ways, on over 90% of our population. The question then needs to be asked…

Why Are We So Deficient in Vitamin D?

Dr. Downing states three reasons for this worldwide deficiency in Vitamin D:

1-Lack of sunlight: Consider the Saudi Arabians. Their sun is so fierce, they mostly keep themselves covered from head to toe when they are outside. Here in our country, people have a fear of cancer from too much sun, work indoors the greater part of the day, or if sunbathing, cover themselves with sun block.

2 – Dietary deficiency: Pasteurization and food processing destroy vitamin D as well as other nutrients. Because the government demands it, processors add back vitamin D. However, the amount of vitamin D food processors add back into their pasteurized and processed food can be considered a poor joke, it is so lacking. In addition, many food processors use vitamin D-2 which is the cheap form of vitamin D and practically nutritionally worthless. The fact is that almost no one gets enough vitamin D through natural sun shine and food.

3 – Farming practices: Modern farming techniques have little to do with nutrition. Do you know what are the major overriding factors in today’s mega-farm industry? Yield and Time —- not our health.

For high yield in the least amount of ‘growing’ time, factory farms inject massive amounts of hormones and antibiotics into animals as well as restricting their movements by overcrowding or ‘caging’.

Fruit and produce farmers use untested seeds with gene manipulations or modifications. They spread tons of chemical fertilizers and pesticides which destroy the nutrients in the soil to produce beautiful looking fruits and vegetables that are mostly devoid of nutrition. (Good reason to eat organic.)

As recently reported by the USDA —- Our conventional foods contain 30% to 90% fewer nutrients then they did 30 years ago. We live in an environment filled with toxins, chemical residues, and rogue hormones – a virtual cornucopia of health damaging substances.

Because of nutritional deficiencies, toxic environment, and minimal exposure to sunlight, it is clear that the only solution to preserving and enhancing our health has become supplementation.

There is an enormous amount of scientific data available to us today. A careful review of this literature clearly shows that science is just now scratching the surface of the enormous importance of Vitamin D which is revealed in one huge study after another.

Time and time again, people with serious health issues all test to have serious Vitamin D-3 deficiency. Here is a sampling of serious health issues people face with chronic vitamin D-3 deficiency:

Cancers – increased risk and severity of 11 types of cancer, including melanomas. Vitamin D-3 has been shown to make cancers cells lose their blood supply and the ability to expand. Vitamin D-3 also strikingly inhibits cell growth, inducing what’s called ‘cell apoptosis’ (inability to divide) in breast cancer, prostate cancer and osteosarcoma.

Inflammation of the body – such as lupus, rheumatoid arthritis and inflammatory bowel disease like Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis.

Heart disease - increased risk of both heart attacks and strokes.

Pain issues – everything from joint pains, back aches, headaches… even those fleeting phantom pains cropping up seemingly out of nowhere. Vitamin D was recently discovered to inhibit NF-kappaB (a major promoter of inflammation).

Brain issues – Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s.

Weak brittle bones – especially dangerous for women and the elderly.

That is a scary list if there ever was one.

Can you imagine —- with one little vitamin, we can solve most of the countries health problems! Healthy people do not need drugs or surgery!

Here’s one of the many huge research studies: The National Institutes of Health, the University of Minnesota, and the Pennock Family Endowment at the University of Minnesota funded the study: “Link Between Successful Weight Loss And Vitamin D Levels.”

Results of the study: “The addition of vitamin D to a reduced-calorie diet will lead to better weight loss,” said the study’s lead author, Shalamar Sibley, MD, MPH, an assistant professor of medicine at the University of Minnesota. Additionally, “higher baseline vitamin D levels predicted greater loss of abdominal fat.”

The swine flu news is everywhere and to bring you a healthy perspective this article will clarify what researchers are getting very excited about in fighting the flu with a unique vitamin, plus, I have a major announcement at the end of this article.

So here’s the story…and more!

Influenza broke out at Atascadero State Hospital, CA, with the exception of the ward run by Dr. John Cannell.

Even though the flu jumped from ward to ward all around them, none of the patients in his ward became infected.

Strange indeed.

After much investigation, it was determined that the only difference between the wards was that the patients in Dr. Cannell’s ward had been getting 2,000 iu of Vitamin D every day for months.

Recent scientific studies have proven that vitamin D increases the body’s production of broad-spectrum antimicrobial peptides, peptides that quickly destroy the influenza virus while simultaneously preventing the immune system from releasing too many inflammatory cells called chemokines and cytokines into infected lung tissue.

An excess of inflammatory cells would otherwise damage the lungs.

The detrimental effects of excess inflammatory cells was proven in 1918 when medical scientists did autopsies on some of the fifty million people who died during the 1918 flu pandemic.

They were amazed to find destroyed respiratory tracts; sometimes these inflammatory cytokines had triggered the complete destruction of the normal epithelial cells lining the respiratory tract.

It was as if the flu victims had been attacked and killed by their own immune systems.

Severe Inflammatory Reaction That Vitamin D Has Recently Been Found to Prevent

The Public Health Agency of Canada has been so impressed with these findings, it is recruiting participants for a large-scale clinical trial to see if vitamin D will effectively protect against the swine flu.

The agency is basing its study on a large body of evidence that shows vitamin D reduces the risk of upper respiratory infections, especially in the summer when people have adequate levels from the sun.

It should also be noted that in countries where there is year round exposure to the sun, there are little or no upper respiratory infections.

Taking note of all the evidence, Canada is pursuing a common-sense healthy solution that could protect people from the swine flu altogether or dramatically reduce its severity — without any long-term side effects.

Doesn’t that sound like something US lawmakers can learn from?

Unfortunately we are not that blessed.

Law Suit Filed Against the U.S. Government To Stop Swine Flu Vaccines

Our government bureaucrats in Washington have ignored these proven findings and can’t move fast enough to get the swine flu vaccine to market — even though it means bypassing the clinical trial that would determine whether there are serious long-term side effects from the vaccine itself.

Fortunately there are organizations and people who are willing to take action to fight for our rights and have filed a suit seeking an immediate injunction against the government to prevent the distribution of these four untested swine flu vaccines.

The following are URLs that describe these law suits and also a plea that you pass this on to as many people as you can.

Make as much noise as you can by calling, emailing, or faxing your government representatives to stop this insane action by the government that could results in untold deaths or brain damage:

Flu Prevention Questions You Should Be Asking

Why the flu predictably occurs in the months following the winter solstice, when vitamin D levels are at their lowest,

Why it disappears in the months following the summer solstice,

Why influenza is more common in the tropics during the rainy season,

Why the cold and rainy weather associated with El Nino Southern Oscillation (ENSO), which drives people indoors and lowers vitamin D blood levels, is associated with influenza,

Why the incidence of influenza is inversely correlated with outdoor temperatures,

Why children exposed to sunlight are less likely to get colds,

Why cod liver oil (which contains vitamin D) reduces the incidence of viral respiratory infections,

Why Russian scientists found that vitamin D-producing UVB lamps reduced colds and flu in schoolchildren and factory workers,

Why Russian scientists found that volunteers, deliberately infected with a weakened flu virus – first in the summer and then again in the winter – show significantly different clinical courses in the different seasons,

Why the elderly who live in countries with high vitamin D consumption, like Norway, are less likely to die in the winter,

Why children with vitamin D deficiency and rickets suffer from frequent respiratory infections,

Why an observant physician (Rehman), who gave high doses of vitamin D to children who were constantly sick from colds and the flu, found the treated children were suddenly free from infection,

Why the elderly are so much more likely to die from heart attacks in the winter rather than in the summer,

Why African Americans, with their low vitamin D blood levels, are more likely to die from influenza and pneumonia than Whites are.

Liquid Vitamin D-3 Available Soon From Good Health Supplements

More and more doctors, heath workers, and nutritionist, are refusing to take these vaccines, and are advising others not to take them either.

I and my family will not take flu shots. They are obviously too dangerous.

We take large doses (10,000 iu) of liquid vitamin D-3 to protect ourselves.

Because your body gets vitamin D from the sun and converts it into D-3. As a supplement, we take D-3.

If you are taking a supplement, read the label. If it says vitamin D-2, do not take it. They are a cheap form of vitamin D and are ineffectual.

Because of its importance, within the next several weeks we will be adding a more effective form of liquid vitamin D-3 to our Good Health Supplements product line.

Our D-3 will be embedded with energy enhancing scalar waves to further increase its effectiveness.
