Flu Fighting Liquid Vitamin D-3?

The swine flu news is everywhere and to bring you a healthy perspective this article will clarify what researchers are getting very excited about in fighting the flu with a unique vitamin, plus, I have a major announcement at the end of this article.

Influenza broke out at Atascadero State Hospital, CA, with the exception of the ward run by Dr. John Cannell.

Even though the flu jumped from ward to ward all around them, none of the patients in his ward became infected.

Strange indeed.

After much investigation, it was determined that the only difference between the wards was that the patients in Dr. Cannell’s ward had been getting 2,000 iu of Vitamin D every day for months.

Recent scientific studies have proven that vitamin D increases the body’s production of broad-spectrum antimicrobial peptides, peptides that quickly destroy the influenza virus while simultaneously preventing the immune system from releasing too many inflammatory cells called chemokines and cytokines into infected lung tissue.

An excess of inflammatory cells would otherwise damage the lungs.

The detrimental effects of excess inflammatory cells was proven in 1918 when medical scientists did autopsies on some of the fifty million people who died during the 1918 flu pandemic.

They were amazed to find destroyed respiratory tracts; sometimes these inflammatory cytokines had triggered the complete destruction of the normal epithelial cells lining the respiratory tract.

It was as if the flu victims had been attacked and killed by their own immune systems.

Severe Inflammatory Reaction That Vitamin D Has Recently Been Found to Prevent

The Public Health Agency of Canada has been so impressed with these findings, it is recruiting participants for a large-scale clinical trial to see if vitamin D will effectively protect against the swine flu.

The agency is basing its study on a large body of evidence that shows vitamin D reduces the risk of upper respiratory infections, especially in the summer when people have adequate levels from the sun.

It should also be noted that in countries where there is year round exposure to the sun, there are little or no upper respiratory infections.

Taking note of all the evidence, Canada is pursuing a common-sense healthy solution that could protect people from the swine flu altogether or dramatically reduce its severity — without any long-term side effects.

Doesn’t that sound like something US lawmakers can learn from?

Unfortunately we are not that blessed.

Law Suit Filed Against the U.S. Government To Stop Swine Flu Vaccines

Our government bureaucrats in Washington have ignored these proven findings and can’t move fast enough to get the swine flu vaccine to market — even though it means bypassing the clinical trial that would determine whether  there are serious long-term side effects from the vaccine itself.

Fortunately there are organizations and people who are willing to take action to fight for our rights and have filed a suit seeking an immediate injunction against the government to prevent the distribution of these four untested swine flu vaccines.

Flu Prevention Questions You Should Be Asking

1. Why the flu predictably occurs in the months following the winter solstice, when vitamin D levels are at their lowest,

14. Why African Americans, with their low vitamin D blood levels, are more likely to die from influenza and pneumonia than Whites are.

People like young children, pregnant mothers, people on immunosuppressive drugs and others are told that they should avoid the live virus, yet it will be disseminated into those very populations with no controls or protections since pregnant women, children, First Responders, health care professionals and people with chronic diseases will receive this “first wave” of LAIVs.

Cull the Population While You Kill the Next Generation

In addition to what we already know about the squalene adjuvant and its ability to cripple and kill through powerful auto immune mechanismswhen injected, there is another, deeply shocking reason that the amount of squalene and squalene derivitives (called MF59, AS01, AS02, AS03, AS04, MLP, etc.) to be used in the coming mass vaccination is so insanely high when just a few molecules in the injection can wreak lifeling havoc.

A patent was filed in 1998 for a vaccine which causes permanent infertility when injected.  When combined, the materials which cause sterility are a highly active immune irritant (an adjuvant) like squalene in very high doses and a porcine (pig) glycoprotein.  Put them together in an injection and not only do you have auto immune consequences like death, or for those who do not die, crippling rheumatoid arthritis, Lou Gehrig’s Disease, destruction of the muscles, diabetes, disabling rashes, mental and neurological problems a-plenty, but you have a population of infertile men women and children.

Push Back IS Working But We Are Far From Safe Yet

Together we have created a massive Push Back and, as a result, the official positions are changing.

Fifteen months ago (July 24, 25, 2008) HHS and DHS announced in identical statements that every man, woman and child in the US would be vaccinated, “starting with those who want it”.

Today, Obama, Sebelius, Nepolitano and others say “vaccination will be voluntary”.  Of course, they have defined “Voluntary” to mean “Mandatory”, but we have them on the run.

Natural Solutions Foundation has joined with Drs.
