Can This One Simple Vitamin Unlock The Secrets To Good Health To Protect You From Catching Flu, Cold, Pneumonia, and Degenerative Disease? YES!

Dear Reader,

With all the headlines and news there is one key point about Vitamin D you may not be aware of…and that’s something I can practically guarantee —- YOU are suffering from a Vitamin D deficiency.

I am not telling you this to scare you.  This is not hype or some kind of marketing ploy.

This is the plain unvarnished truth.

According to the prestigious New England Journal of Medicine…

“Vitamin D Deficiency is Pandemic.”

I can practically hear you saying:  “So what?”

 Well, here’s what.

In recent years medical investigators have re-opened research into this common vitamin and have developed a new found respect for its amazing, here-to-for, not understood wide ranging health and healing properties.

They found that Vitamin D-3 has a direct impact on over 32 of the body’s organs and enabling your body to stop respiratory infections we all fear. That is ample reason why you should be concerned – all having to do with maintaining your health.

Note: Although your body makes D-3 from D, vitamin D-3 and vitamin D are often used interchangeably.

These medical investigator’s overwhelming consensus is that Vitamin D-3 supplementation is extremely necessary —- and lots of it.

Vitamin D-3 is one of the few vitamins the body can actually manufacture itself.  It does so from the vitamin D it gets from sunlight.  Unfortunately, it is not nearly enough.

In a recent study it was found that 83% of people in Saudi Arabia were found to be Vitamin D deficient!  And you really can’t find a sunnier place than Saudi Arabia!  They protect themselves from the sun too much!

Men, women, children – all are equally affected. Vitamin D deficiency doesn’t discriminate. It’s affecting the entire population – regardless of skin color, gender or age.

Dr. Damien Downing, editor of the Journal of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine and President of the British Society for Ecological Medicine, when asked about who is Vitamin D deficient, simply stated:
“We ALL are.”

The Mayo Clinic, in a Minnesota based study, reported that ”… overall 93% of 150 schoolchildren and adults” were deficient in Vitamin D, this in a Minnesota-based study.

Within that same study, the Mayo Clinic found 100% of African-Americans, East Africans, Hispanics and Native Americans were deficient.

When we speak of pandemics, this one is of staggering proportions because it has a major detrimental impact, in so many different ways, on over 90% of our population.  The question then needs to be asked…

Why Are We So Deficient in Vitamin D?

Dr. Downing states three reasons for this worldwide deficiency in Vitamin D:

1-Lack of sunlight:  Consider the Saudi Arabians.  Their sun is so fierce, they mostly keep themselves covered from  head to toe when they are outside.  Here in our country, people have a fear of cancer from too much sun, work indoors the greater part of the day, or if sunbathing, cover themselves with sun block.

2 – Dietary deficiency: Pasteurization and food processing destroy vitamin D as well as other nutrients. Because the government demands it, processors add back vitamin D.  However, the amount of vitamin D food processors add back into their pasteurized and processed food can be considered a poor joke, it is so lacking.  In addition, many food processors use vitamin D-2 which is the cheap form of vitamin D and practically nutritionally worthless.   The fact is that almost no one gets enough vitamin D through natural sun shine and food.

3 – Farming practices: Modern farming techniques have little to do with nutrition. Do you know what are the major overriding factors in today’s mega-farm industry?  Yield and Time —- not our health.

For high yield in the least amount of ‘growing’ time, factory farms inject massive amounts of hormones and antibiotics into animals as well as restricting their movements by overcrowding or ‘caging’.

Fruit and produce farmers use untested seeds with gene manipulations or modifications.  They spread tons of chemical fertilizers and pesticides which destroy the nutrients in the soil to produce beautiful looking fruits and vegetables that are mostly devoid of nutrition.  (Good reason to eat organic.)

As recently reported by the USDA —- Our conventional foods contain 30% to 90% fewer nutrients then they did 30 years ago.   We live in an environment filled with toxins, chemical residues, and rogue hormones – a virtual cornucopia of health damaging substances.

Because of nutritional deficiencies, toxic environment, and minimal exposure to sunlight, it is clear that the only solution to preserving and enhancing our health has become supplementation.

There is an enormous amount of scientific data available to us today.  A careful review of this literature clearly shows that science is just now scratching the surface of the enormous importance of Vitamin D which is revealed in one huge study after another.

Time and time again, people with serious health issues all test to have serious Vitamin D-3 deficiency.  Here is a sampling of serious health issues people face with chronic vitamin D-3 deficiency:

Cancers – increased risk and severity of 11 types of cancer, including melanomas. Vitamin D-3 has been shown to make cancers cells lose their blood supply and the ability to expand.  Vitamin D-3 also strikingly inhibits cell growth, inducing what’s called ‘cell apoptosis’ (inability to divide) in breast cancer, prostate cancer and osteosarcoma.

Inflammation of the body – such as lupus, rheumatoid arthritis and inflammatory bowel disease like Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis.

Heart disease - increased risk of both heart attacks and strokes.

Pain issues – everything from joint pains, back aches, headaches… even those fleeting phantom pains cropping up seemingly out of nowhere. Vitamin D was recently discovered to inhibit NF-kappaB (a major promoter of inflammation).

Brain issues – Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s.

Weak brittle bones – especially dangerous for women and the elderly.

That is a scary list if there ever was one.

Can you imagine —- with one little vitamin, we can solve most of the countries health problems!   Healthy people do not need drugs or surgery!

Here’s one of the many huge research studies: The National Institutes of Health, the University of Minnesota, and the Pennock Family Endowment at the University of Minnesota funded the study: “Link Between Successful Weight Loss And Vitamin D Levels.”

Results of the study:  “The addition of vitamin D to a reduced-calorie diet will lead to better weight loss,” said the study’s lead author, Shalamar Sibley, MD, MPH, an assistant professor of medicine at the University of Minnesota.  Additionally, “higher baseline vitamin D levels predicted greater loss of abdominal fat.”
