1. First off, if you want a healthy life, you obviously need a healthy lifestyle. By making the right healthy lifestyle choices, you will surely have a long and healthy life.
2. Eat a proper breakfast. This is a very important step in being healthy, one every nutritionist will tell you. The breakfast is the most important meal of the day, giving you much needed energy.
3. As a baby boomer, the worst thing you could possibly do is become a couch potato. You should always engage in some sort of physical activity for at least 20 minutes per day.
4. Make sure you sleep well at night. This is very important step if you wish to have a healthy lifestyle. You should sleep at least 8 hours per day.
5. Be very careful with vices. Most people around your age either smoke a lot or drink a lot. Don’t be like them, choose a healthy lifestyle instead and you will be a better person.
6. Your physical health is definitely important, but do not forget to maintain your psychological health. Do not overreact and don’t get angry. Have a good self control. It is an important step towards a healthy lifestyle.
